Fuel and Electricity Crisis: Buhari Appeals to Nigerians

President Muhammadu Buhari has appealed for patience from Nigerians. His comments come as Nigerians groan under unprecedented petrol shortages which have lingered for months now.

The president was speaking at the 2015 Vanguard awards in Lagos on Friday night, where he was honoured with the personality of the year award 2015.
