EFCC to re-arraign former Abia Governor, Kalu for N5.6bn fraud on April 16

Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Abuja Federal High Court on Monday ordered the EFCC, to re-arraign former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu on April 16.

Kalu who is standing trial for money laundering and corruption to the tune of N5.6bn will be appearing for the second time.

The former governor was first arraigned on July 27, 2007 at federal high court, Abuja, on a 107-count charge
