Dangote marks 59th birthday with the commissioning of another cement plant worth $1bn

Africa’s richest man and president of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, announced the commencement of a six million metric tonnes per annum (mmtpa) integrated cement plant in Okpella, North of Edo State worth $1 billion.

This historic event was also part of the activities to mark the 59th birthday of Aliko Dangote. This cement plant which will further expand the footprint of the company of dangote will no doubt create jobs for unemployed nigerians.
