Rivers Rerun: Gunmen Abduct Rivers Commissioner, APC Leader

Gunmen have abducted the Rivers State Commissioner for Water Resources, Chief Ibibia Walter and anther chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, Elyon Ntiro

The two were reported to have been kidnapped late last night as the state prepares for a rerun polls into the national and state assemblies.
