The Police in Ebonyi State have arrested one David Ibe, a 29-year old
pastor of Christ Command Mission in Igboeze Onicha, Onicha local
government area of the state, for allegedly raping a 23-year old girl.
Police say Pastor Ibe claimed the girl refused to marry him after he had invested some money in their relationship.
