Panic as Cultist Kills Scores in Ilorin, Imo State

Residence of Ilorin, the Kwara State capital and its environs celebrated the Easter yuletide in panic as cults kills four in Niger road in Ilorin and in Ganmo, a suburb of Ilorin.

The rampaging cultists chased down one Alhaji Wasiu, who was rumour to be the 'target man' of a rival group, to the Niger road were he was sprayed with bullets until he gave up his ghost.

As if this wasn't enough, the cultist also plucked out his right eye as souvenir after his death.

In a reprisal attack, four persons were matched to death in Ganmo later on Sunday night in retaliation of Alhaji Wasiu's death

In a related development 9 persons were over the weekend killed during a clash between two cult groups in Ohaji- Egbema LG Area of Imo State.

The deadly attack occurred in what was described as a reprisal attack by one of the cult groups over the death of one their members.
