Late Minister Ocholi's driver had no driver's license, FRSC insists

The Head, Media Relations and Strategy of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, Bisi Kazeem, has insisted that late James Ocholi's driver had no driver's license record with the commission.

"Elegbede cannot be called a competent driver if he does not have a genuine driver's license."
