Kanu accuses judge of bias, seeks case transfer again

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, and his co-accused – David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu – have levelled allegation of bias against Justice James Tsoho before whom they are being prosecuted at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Kanu and his two co-defendants  are being prosecuted on six counts of treasonable felony, unlawful possession of firearms and other offences
