Dasuki’s aide begs Abuja court for bail

A High Court of the FCT) in Jabi has fixed March 14 for ruling on an application for bail brought by Colonel Nicholas Ashinze, former Special Assistant (SA) to ex-NSA, Sambo Dasuki.

Justice Yusuf Halilu gave the date on Tuesday after listening to Ashinze’s lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) argued his client’s application. The respondents, the EFCC, CAS & the Nigerian Army were not represented.
