Buhari pays tribute to Eskor Toyo, says he was a 'fearless advocate'

President Muhammadu Buhari has paid tribute to renowned scholar and elder statesman, Eskor Toyo, describing him as a role model whose guiding principle was to live for the good of less privileged people.

Mr. Buhari says late Toyo was a fountain of knowledge and role model.
