Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Tuesday

Palestinian frustration at Israel’s occupation and said it was natural
to resist.
“The comments of the UN Secretary General encourage terror,” Netanyahu said in a statement. “There is no justification for terror.”
