Real name; Seun John Oddiah, a native of Edo State, Nigeria.
Also Known as; ODDY JAY, BEATS BY ODDY.
The Head Sound Engineer/Producer who also doubles as an
Artiste and a Superb Dancer has been into Studio
work for well over a decade with a long list of many
underground acts, independent labels and high profile
recording artists.
The self-taught individual has enjoyed tremendous appraisal
for teaching, influencing, sharing studio knowledge and
experience with many aspiring (now established) record
producers and sound engineers.
He has a Commercial Recording facility established and
owned by him.
He's bagged many laurels most of which include;
•Best Dancer 2005 (X-plicit Awards),
•Winner of a Musical Talent Hunt 2007 (Album Recording Project) tagged; ''POSSIBILITY IS WITHIN'', (Recorded Un-released Album '07)
•Best Graduating Fine/Art Student (Chapel Secondary School),
•Best Dancer 2008 during Lagos regional auditioning of MALTINA DANCE ALL - which earned him a ticket to the MALTINA DANCE ALL ACADEMY a family TV Reality Show.
In addition to his credits in mid 2009 he shot a musical video titled; ''Radio'' and he is also the crooner of a single- ''Gbedu Lawa'' which he performed live on major Television Stations in Nigeria during his stay in MALTINA DANCE ALL ACADEMY. a track which received massive air-play rotation on MIDLAND FM 99.0 and others.

Oddy Jay is way more than any talented act. With his valued
ability to multi-task, He is one of the best fast-rising &
promising entertainment figure in Africa.
It is rumoured that his claim to fame was prior to his
emergence as the overall winner in a musical competition in
2007 Tagged;
"Possibility is Within".
In 2008, he was featured on Africa's No1 Family Reality TV
Show: -"Maltina Dance All" emerging the only Male act that
represented Lagos/Nigeria in the Reality Dance Academy
after rigorous auditions of over 16,000 participants
worldwide.
Today, Oddy Jay performs in gigs, conferences and shows all
across West Africa. He is presently working on his debut
Studio Album titled - “Black Tortoise [Written, Produced &
Performed by Oddy Jay]" With the hope of landing major
distribution deals.
We believe entertainment and passion flows in his
bloodstream. His mum (a great dancer) led “The Odudu
Cultural Exchange Troupe, Ondo State" to represent Nigeria
in 1981 at Western berlin, Germany.
