There was wide jubilation in Jalingo,Taraba state capital as The Governorship Election Tribunal seating in Abuja sacked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor of the state Mr Darius Ishaku.
Although the state police command had earlier deployed high number of policemen in the state to calm any attempt by anybody to use the judgment to course trouble.
The judgement declared Hajia Aisha Jumai Hassan of the APC as Governor as Ishaku was not properly nominated in his party's primaries, he however has 21days to appeal the judgement
